Cultivating a delicious bath time ritual goes a long way in showing our body and mind that we care, cherish and worship our 'me' time. Usually done at the end of a long day (or maybe during those moments between Zoom calls!), invite yourself to spend the time setting the scene and settling into a nice long warm soak.
Try this 45 minute self-soak bath ritual using our Bath Ritual Kit:
1. Draw yourself a bath, light some candles, burn some Palo Santo, pick a soothing playlist, and maybe grab your favorite book or a journal.
2. While your bathtub is filling up with steamy water, brew a cup of Blue Lotus Tea to set the mood. Drinking it will help clear away the day by calming your nervous system and warming up your body. Some people may also experience a slightly euphoric effect!*
Tips + Tricks: For extra exfoliation and nourishment, gently buff into the skin. Remove with warm water.
4. Focus on the soothing tunes and pull out your Radiant Bath & Body Oil. Add a few pumps of this oil directly into the bath to make yourself feel even more like a queen. If you brought a book, this is a perfect time to open the pages and get lost for a time. Sip your Blue Lotus Tea as desired.
